QUALITY SYSTEM
In August 1994 our Quality System achieved accreditation to
BS EN ISO 9002: 1994 - Formally BS5750: Part 2.
Our scope of approval covers
'The manufacture of precision engineered components and process control systems'.
We also have approved in-house TIG welders,
capable of welding similar and dissimilar materials,
e.g. Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Monel, Inconel, Copper, Aluminium.
Our approvals are to:
BS EN 287: 1992 and BS EN 288: 1992.
Our aim is to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled totally, getting it
Right first time' All the time.
At Prototech we are dedicated and committed to upholding our reputation
as quality engineers. We have developed and implemented a
quality management system to ensure that goods, components and equipment
manufactured by the company consistently conform to specified
requirements and satisfy the expectations of individual customers.
Total quality is to be a permanent feature at Prototech.
It will be implemented, monitored and maintained by having an on-going
quality improvement programme.
